Donate a Bike

Unused bike in your garage?

Why not donate it to Bikes for Farmworkers?

Niagara farmworkers need bikes to shop, get groceries and access services.

  • Bikes for Farmworkers (BFF) collects donated bikes, refurbishes them and distributes them to farmworkers.
  • Our refurbished bikes are safe with reflectors, bells, working gears and brakes.
  • More than 500 farmworkers received safe bikes from us since April 2015.
  • We also provide helmets, reflective vests, lights, repairs and bike locks.

How to donate a bike: Please drop it off at St. Alban’s back door. St. Alban's is located at 4341 Ontario St. Beamsville, ON.

Please donate to help refurbish the donated bikes: On average it costs more than $25 to refurbish a bike and ensure it has LED front and rear lights, safe tires, sound inner tubes, lubed chain & bearings, working brakes and gears, a bell, and reflectors. Click here to donate, mark your donation “BFF” and you have helped provide ransportation for a migrant farmworker. Thank you. Charitable receipts are provided for $25+.
